Think Land Rover should`ve added a welder as part of the accessory options when buying lol. Just spent most of the weekend with mine up on home made ramps removing rust using salt remover, degreaser wire wheels and pressure washer and airline before getting the rust converter out. Mainly concentrated on the inner chassis & areas that are going to be hard to access when I put the clutch, dmf, and recon gearbox back on. Still it`s worth putting in the time with the prep work to get a longer lasting finish in the rust battle. It was my old 90 that got me into welding, before taking it up as a career.
