My friends 2001 Disco 2 TD5 will not start. He returned to his Landy, started it up, moved it, turned it off, put some luggage in the vehicle & then went to start up, but it will no longer start. The red immobilizer light is on when trying to start. We have tried programming a key from another Disco 2 using Hawkeye, but still not starting. Unfortunately the Ignition key does not fit the drivers door lock. Hawkeye says 5 keys are now programmed to the vehicle. Is there a way of deleting the keys programmed to the vehicle? Any help greatly appreciated.

Do you man the fob doesnt work at all? .... might be as simple as RF receiver failure... codes are overwriteable so insert the code into a slot which doesnt contain the existing fob's code and save it there
