Hi,

After searching haven't been able to find answer,

I am looking at removing the EGR system from my 2000 discovery and fitting the removal kit, after this do you need to re-map or do any other adjustments ?

All threads have mentioned about removing but not about anything else.

Thanks in advance.

The only thing I would do is to clean the MAP sensor in the inlet manifold. It will almost certainly be full of crud from the recirculated exhaust gases.

Obviously if you wanted to, you could go onto a remap, but really that's a stage on it's own.
