The first thing I would be doing is checking the quality and level of oil in the autobox.
Do a search for autobox oil level check.

done a oil and fillter change still wont pull its self off the drive in reverse, so push it off took it round the block, when i get to about 30 mph it loses drive and the revs increase, roll to a stop then pulls off and does the same thing, any ideas of my next move thanks wayne..

and i could only get about 5 ltrs of atf back in the gearbox, when i was filling it i had it running and got my mrs to go up and down the box as i filled it. then after i took it off the jack her in doors told she could not get it to go into first gear, so she just went from D 3rd 2nd then back up ,would this make any differance thanks wayne..
Whilst topping up and going through gears was engine running as this should be the case, sorry if telling how to suck eggs mate,
