My reverse sensors have stopped working Put it in reverse I get a short bleep and dash board Switch flashes Iv checked sensors ( all clicking) and also bought a new one and swapped them around any idea what else to check

I understand that all four sensors and their wiring must be ok before the system will work, ie. it won't work on three if one sensor is iffy.
So if there's a beep then the supply is there do it's either faulty sensor head, wiring or the ecu controlling the system.
I believe there is a provision for the ecu to be pluged in to a diagnostic kit to test.

Iv checked the sensors and had the wiring loom out and I cannot see any. Probs il try and find a used ecu

Well they don't work at all know but when I put it in reverse I get a constant bleep/tone and flashing bulb on switch

Hi, did you manage to fix your pdc system?

my system is not working and i was wondering if you had any advice? when i press the binnicle switch on the dash the led within in flashes. i have no tone from the speaker what so ever.

i have just been out to the car to 'test' the sensors and i can confirm they all click when the switch is pressed on.

when i find a way of removing the speaker i will test that. could the fault be the speaker has blown? or is the fault more likely to be with the ecu?

any help will be greatly received,

kind regards

James
