My 2000 Discovery 2 is showing 6 faults, using the icarsoft fault reader tool

Any ideas on what components could be at fault ?

manifold pressure circuit fault. logged low
inlet air temp circuit fault. logged low
multiplex input circuit fault. logged low
1% reference voltage fault. logged low
driver demand 3 fault. logged low
ambient pressure circuit fault. logged low

Any thought would be much appreciated. its my first LR

Thanks

DD

You may be better using a Dedicated Land Rover diagnostic tool, Hawkeye Nanocom etc.

Discovery II doesn't use OBD II protocol, going by their Website, one size fits all, which unfortunately isn't really true.

Where are you located, someone may be local to you with one of the readers above.

Does it drive OK? Have you got the 3 amigos on the dash (ABS, TC & HDC warning lights)?
If yes to the first, and no to the second, then nowt to worry about! :D

biggeeee's right - get your Disco checked with a dedicated diagnostic - then report back. Any faults from one of those and someone on here should be able to provide more help and info.

thanks DIFFLOCK
I have the three amigos on the dash, but the engine goes into limp mode, making it undriveable. I will try to get one of the readers mentioned and report back.
I find doing the mechanicals easy but anything electrical Im buggered !
Cheers

Hi - Old thread but did this go anywhere - I have the same DTC's, all of them, with an intermittent stutter of the engine and flash of engine management light - so brief I don't know if its going to limp mode or cutting out completely. On plugging in my icarsof it reports identical error trail as above. Did you have same symptoms or any prior to checking your DTC's, and if so what did you find please?
