i racked my brains through everything id done recently...and realised it started the day i put the box on :)
 
mine was stripped down today the exhaust manifold that is to cure the squeel and 4 of the studs were loose and 2 have snapped 1 he managed to get out and the other is being drilled out by landrover tomorrow but manifold is not warpped so thats one good thing

That's a pig of a job to have to do. Be nice when you get the bill...:)
 
dont say that lol the bloke i use has quoted me £130 to do manifold and coil conversion including the drilling but i have got the cost of the manifold gasket and i bought the coil kit
 
oooo not good i got to have 3 helicoiled now the one that snapped and 2 at the back which wont tighten bollocks more money
