In the PDF owner's handbook 2002 publication LRL 0545ENG it's in the "Driving and operating" chapter at the "transfer gearbox" -

So a may 01 is unlikely to have the cdl bolt on the transfer box ?

Is that the date of registration ? As it could depend on when it was built @sierrafery says all up to & inc. MY2000 & @Pawl says at least to March 01. The only way to check for sure is to see if at the very least it has that 6mm thread sticking out the the top of the TB, see link.

This link implies if the TB starts with 41D or 42D it should have the internals (mine starts 41D & was reg Sept 2001)

No idea which mine is but the receipt lists diff lock and that I paid 1/5 of the new price for it

Well I’m Going to see this one tomorrow fingers crossed it has a cdl transfer case

I can see the CDL inclusion in the Owners Handbook for the 03 model, which makes sense as it was an option for the later models. But I can see nothing in the handbooks for earlier models. Not sure why this would be if it was an option for 99-01 models.
