My brothers disco 1 3.9 v8 has developed a metalic grinding noise when idle and when driving. As soon as the clutch is pressed the noise goes away. The disco still pulls fine and the clutch dosen't slip. I'm guessing it's clutch related but i'm no expert. the noise is also there in low range
Any help would be appreciated.
