Ordered a DAB aerial as well as for some reason I don't have a coaxial cable at all in there, part of the reason I wanted a DAB radio as well.

First off, well done for finding those volts, all twelve of them. At least you should now have a radio in your Disco, although your choice is a bit too "blingy" for my tastes.
There should be an aerial coaxial cable behind the dashboard somewhere, it's probably just moved and vibrated its way low down amongst all the other wires there. Both the AM and FM aerials on the Disco 1 (except Japanese and North American models) are fed from the aerial etched onto the right hand rear side window and an aerial amplifier behind the headlining above the window. This assumes that a wing mounted aerial hasn't been fitted by a previous owner.
From there the coax is run behind the headlining above the doors and then down beside the windscreen behind the "A" pillar trim.
When I installed my DAB adapter I ran the cable using the same route with a stick-on aerial on the right hand rear side window.

Well the cable was there, when I lifted it up and pulled it forward it was cut shortly after (held in place by electrical tape) absolute bodge lol

Yeah it came up cheap and I had it. I'm a bit of a tech person so I wanted one that I could run my phone into and have Spotify or whatever connected and this was cheap enough so I just bought it :), has a lot of nice features including USB so I can put tons of songs on a stick as well, great for those long byways!

As for the DAB Aerial, that's exactly what I'll be doing bud, ordered one that's 5m long which should be plenty to get there!
