Hi there. I have just fitted the extended axel breathers but there is two brass 'plug' like bolts in the kit I have and I don't have a clue what they're for. Any help appreciated. Cheers peeps.

Wading plugs. One in the bottom of the bell housing and one in the bottom of the timing case. Fit them when you plan to wade and remove when you're done.

It's up to you but I never fit the one in the crank case muddy ****ty water still gets in n swills around on the cambelt. At least with plug out it goes in but can come out straight away.

Does anybody know if the gear box breathers are the same fitting as the axel breathers?

Yes I do Yes they are. 6mmOD pushfit tubing is what ya need it can be sweated onto the banjo spigots or ya czn buy pushfit elbow with 1/4" (iirc) bsp, male connection at one end 6mm pushifit on tuther.

Brilliant. Cheers mate. Bloody awkward to get to underneath and above transfer box. Any other way????

If they;re in good nick cut em where they enter engine bay and use a straight pushfit connector to join em up to a longer lenght of pipe.

Though I prefer one continuous pipe.
