Well I've brought another disco as a daily driver, (I must be mad :p) when I when to look at it I noticed that the time wiper mode didn't work but I assumed it was a fuse so didn't take much noticed of it and thought it be a simple fix but since then I've noticed the rear heated screen isn't working, the rear windows have stopped working and the interior lights seems to stay on quiet a while after shutting the doors. I don't know if these are all linked or its just one those things that all happen at once. Just wondered if anyone has had this problem and where I can start looking to try fix it

My interior light stays on for 30 odd seconds after I shut the door, I think its supposed to. As for the rest.....aaaaarrrrggghhhh!

I know they stay on when you first shut the door but when your start the engine it should go off and mine doesn't stays on for a bit

Wiper delay, could be faulty MFU.
Rear screen, could be faulty fuse, switch, relay, screen element or MFU.
Rear windows, could be faulty wibdow ECU or isolation switch is on.
Interior lights, could be a faulty MFU.

With the above we have assumed you have a 300 series disco, as u haven't given us the model info. :(

My radio and interior lights are working intermittently at the moment. If I slap the bit of the dash under the steering wheel they come back, so I think I'm going to have to have a gander at the birds nest and see what's up :(

This is exactly the issues I am having with my Disco 1 EDC auto 97 model Jap import.

I have replaced all fuses and tested all the relays I am having to assume its the MFU which I have bought a replacement for and will put on in the next week.

Yeah that's what I've done and got no where so if you could let me know what happens when you replace yours would be greatful :)
