Hi All,

My Disco 1 200tdi up for sale.
1994.
Mileage 180k
Bristol Based

Just had Head Gasket Done.
+2" Lift.
Light Bar

GOOD BITS:
LONG MOT 10Months

Runs and drives nice, Gearbox, Tbox, Engine all solid.
Serviced all oils, ine Gbox, Tbox, Diffs and Engine. and Filters 2 months ago.
Chassis is solid.
Boot floor has been replaced.

Less GOOD BITS

Rear Arches have small patches and been painted black.
Front in arches are rusty and holey could do with some welding.
Inside isn't the best. Hand brake gator missing/broken.

Will come with standard Disco Alloys.
Bull Bar has been removed but still have it if someone wanted it.

£1200 ono

Give it another few weeks and the winter tax will be upon us.
Already seeing the prices on ebay starting to go up.

When I asked £2150 for my very clean 200tdi with full MOT I got ridiculed on this very forum. Sold for £2050 2 weeks later via eBay.

That's a bit harsh, but with winter coming on you never know what folk are willing to pay. I sold a Disco last August via fleabay, I put a £99 start on it expecting to sell it for around the £1,500 mark. It sold for £2,200 and the buyer was very happy with it

what he said was nice as it was the truth, and stops you looking a MUPPET!!!!

I love the old disco's but that price for the description you have given you'll be lucky to see £900 maybe £925

with them holes in the wings if a parent and kid or even just an pedestrian catches themselves on that you or whomever owns it will be sued for EVERY NUT and BOLT TO BE FOOKED ON THAT!!!! I did WW2 re-enacting with mot exempt trucks and willies jeeps!!! sort it all out and it could be worth it

Having a fit about prices doesn't help anyone.

Here probably isn't the best place to sell vehicles for top money as folk tend to know what they're worth. Having said that they're worth whatever anyone's willing to pay.
