Totally different.

There will be some items that are usable on both (door tops?) some interior dash fittings.

The engine & gearbox are (more or less) the same as the series 3 109" stage1 V8.

Axles are totally different. suspension, although leaf spring as in a series 3 standard rover, are much bigger (longer & wider)

bodywork is totally different too.

101 was based on early Range Rover; engine, gear-box, and adapted chassis rails.
Just aboput everything else is unique to the model, though obviousely there are a lot of parts rummaged from Landy stores.
Axles & springs are definitely different from almost anything else; and body obviousely.
