So the diff is in high try to pull away goes very slowly in 1st and 2nd gear, get to about 20mph and whirring noise under diff gear stick...yes I have my 1st discovery 2.5 tdi 1994 any ideas THKZ

Do you lose drive? If so the centre of the clutch is spinning in the plate.
