I have them on both diffs as the plastic ones were mangled. The rear one weeps slightly as the brass contacts the diff before the rubber seal is compressed enough. An issue with my diff only I suspect.

The brass plugs are great as they come with o-rings and don’t get all chewed up like the plastic bits.
