I have recently replaced pressure sensor unit on end of injection pump thinking that to be the source of the leak. However I still have a leak which is intermittent and can be quite profuse. Any ideas before I remove the inlet manifold AGAIN, for a better view.

It's unusual for the pressure control solenoid (that's what is on the end of the pump) to leak, but quite common for the pump itself to leak. It normally leaks at the main pressure seals under one of the three heads.

Thank you, the sensor was replaced because that is where the leak seemed to be coming from when it was on the ramps. Any idea why this is intermittent?
