I dont know the answer to your question off the top of my head, however a decent injector test rig should come with all the sizes you are likely to need. Also most diesels, built in britain at any rate, during the 60's - 80's are likely to all have the same basic injectors anyway. It tends to be the nozzles, pintles and spring rates that differ.
Have a look for an "injectester" Its a brilliant bit of kit f you can get your hands on one. Allows you to set the nozzles etc while the engine is running.
