What colour plug do you have on your injector? I see Keith's is black, the one I have is white.the right hand wire on the injector goes to the top pin of the plug showing a resistance of 96 ish, with the probe still on the wire the bottom pin shows a dropping resistance.this was removed as faulty or could it be that is showing in the first case direct pin to wire and the second through the coil??
I have got the white one only thing I had my meter set on resistance not continuity whether that makes a difference or not..

Yep mine same as yours so just wanted to clarify pin 1 and pin 2 where they enter the sensor. Old one I had was pin 1 entered the sensor LHS and pin 2 on RHS. Is this same as yours?
If you hold your plug as per my photo then the top pin connects to the right hand wire on the injector.

Afternoon all,

I soldered the joints they were the correct way anyway. However still getting injector sign flashing when under is put under load. No fault came up specifically as before just a generic one about fuel actuator circuits and no more info.

So either the injector sensor is faulty or I have a deeper electrical problem.

Can anyone advise if have had this issue before?

New injector is £145 from diesel Bob but dont want to buy it if there is a an issue with engine electrics?

Fuel actuator circuits sounds like the FIP:eek: Have you looked at live data for the needle lift sensor etc?

This is the recorded fault see attached. Love data does not give lift needle. I can do live data and send tomorrow.

It becomes clear you are using joke diag. Fuel flow has nothing to do with number four injector sensor. Your problem is quantity servo.

Can't afford Nanacom so next thing I could get. Quantity servo can it be done by a specialist or does whole thing need refurbing?
