As far as I can tell, the spill rail on that returns direct to the fuel tank.

yes you are correct I was looking for it at the other end as other truck has!

As I was removing bolts securing the forward mount of rear tank the bracket #5 broke.
That are needs maintence/inspection.

is there a suggested method to clean inside diesel tank, it will be a while before it is reinstalled.

Pour some petrol (gasoline) into the tank, and shake it around for a while, as it is a big tank, it might be an idea to get someone to help.
Then pour the petrol out and get rid of it, and let the tank dry for a bit before refilling.

Thanks there is a bit of sludge in there have not shined a light yet or prodded but tank is out.
Rear of rear bed frames is shot with holes the rest looks better.

Thanks
The olive & nut some fuel hoses arrived, I looked at & did not think they would work at all.
Installed shocks then I tried the connectors & they do work.
The fuel supply level unit measures 8 mm either I cut off the end or just replace with new as end is distorted to fit olive. The return spill tank connector I cannot use but demonstrates that this might work.

The return looks to be the same, I will need to cut off the end as it has a built in olive?
The return also measures 8 mm.
Waiting for more parts.

Supply line NRC8103 looks to have the 90 degree to fit on to the lift pump.

Other end fitting onto sedimenter.
Lift pump to filter ESR 394 looks good for fittament.
Supply to fuel pump looks good also.
NRC3848 return line has a round connector & a short length with a threaded connector?
Where would this threaded connector go?
The spill from injectors also goes into round connector for the return on fuel pump.

The return would fit on rear of fuel pump shown here, the small section of return line with a threaded end?
Where would that go if it is correct or do I need another return line for 200 tdi?

Fiche lists as spill rail to filter to rear tank?
This appears to be spill rail to pump to rear tank NTC2157 another option.

this is for a 200tdi, my 2.5 does indeed go from spill rail through filter to tank.

This shows the fuel return from rear of fuel pump 200tdi the fiche lists as return from injectors to fuel filter.
What I can find anyways.
The spill here from injectors to pump to tank.
I could retro fit the line but would rather find correct return line to tank in rear, in the fiche.
