Picked up the next payment instalment from owners son here as his father is in UK I knew there was a box of bits which his son forgot to leave out when I collected vehicle...bloody hell all new lights including headlamp bezels,rubber gaiters,wing mirrors and door seals also switches\mudflaps and more...but the best bit a Haynes manual from one of the original owners with notes from 85 to 98 of work done...12\5\91 new 2286 head fitted to 2000 block...original reg was 1513 DT...went from Cornwall to Africa then the Canaries ending up in Portugal...went to my local paint shop today gave him LR001 code his reply Bronze Green what do you want mixed touchup phial or more...

I have a book just like that for every car I have ever owned, and every penny spent on them apart from tax and insurance, the spending makes for scary reading!
Ps I can believe the 2.25 head fies as I have used the 2.25 composite head gaskets on the 2 litre, one less place to leak oil from as them copper head gaskets are pants.
