took it to the land rover people in preston yesterday wammers they did a check for misfieres lamba etc on t4 and reset the adaptive values was great but looks like the maf is up the pole done about 40 miles since then so liooks like its thrown the fault back looks like going to have to bite the bullet and buy one ps might have got the 172 and 174 nos wrong altzimers setting in couldnt remember them but the 1172 and 1175 were deffo right so maf looks like the prob u have been a great help again and the other guys will keep u posted
 
well new maf sensor arrived fitted it road test still the same so looks like she is going to b parked up for now as l will b rather tied up with the wife but its realy bugging me so l think we are going to have to send it in to the indy in preston and let them sort it thanks for all ur help guys
 
I live near Blackburn, Oswaldtwistle to be exact and I have a Nanocom for my 2000 model 4.6 Motoronic P38 RR.
If your car has the Motronic ignition system, my Nanocom should be able to help. PM me if you need to run the diagnostics on it, glad to help if I can.
I would have gone for the MAF too.
 
cheers for that but l think mine is gems wife is going in for the cancer op tomorrow so it is taking a back seat for a few weeks but cheers for that
