Do you have a message on the dash?

Do you have a message on the dash?
Hi yes the dash says
First click Ignition key in
Second click all windows & roof not set
Third click Engine Disabled Press Remote or Enter Key Code

Hot today blowers started up as soon as I put the ignition key in to first click

I’tried EAK code numerous times

You have had a flat battery or dis connected in correctly. You may have a faulty drivers door lock if EKA won't go in. You need someone with a Nanocom to help you out. I doubt BECM is at fault.

.

As wammers said it's not a BECM fault, the message on the dash confirms the BCM is working correctly. If your FOB doesn't work, you need to enter the EKA code which should be with the owners manual if you have it. If you have no working FOB and no EKA code, it will need diagnostics such as Nanocom.

Wammers & DatatekThank you both

Anyone out there got a Nanocom local to Leicester (Peterborough side)
That I could borrow or hire?

Thinking about it, even with diagnostics you will still need the EKA code and I'm told early BECM's will accept the EKA code from diagnostics.
With the log book you can get the EKA code from a dealer, should be free. With that you can enter it with the key

Also My Fob & Key Code both worked before hand Door Lock has been out tested (no issues)
Maybe I’ve kidded the BeCM into thinking it’s being Stolen

Key opens/unlocks drivers door,
Drivers rear door opens by pulling the door latch button
Passenger door & passengers rear door nothing
Central locking doesn’t work at all
Rear tailgate opens when drivers door unlocked not when locked
All other electrics seem to work just won’t start or sync to the fob

been on this a while now thankfully I’m furloughed till end of July
So don’t need it only it’s stuck on the drive in the way

Have you put new batteries in the fob?

or you could try this, not sure if it works but see no reason why not.

It might at least get you going till you can sort the door latch issue.

Does the LED on the FOB light when buttons are pressed? there are a lot of duff Lithium batteries on the market.
What year is the car?

Just out of interest have you tried resetting the windows and sunroof first?

Yes Sir lights up fine goes into fast flash to sync
It’s a Y reg 2000 2001?
So the FOB should normally sync just by putting the key in the ignition. You can definitely enter EKA via diagnostics on that year. It's normal for only the drivers door to unlock on the key when the BECM wants the EKA code.
Have you actually tried to enter the EKA code with the key?
