Haha ...you need to find a good pub with a roaring fire when you're laning at the end of the world lol.
The lanes yesterday were amazing , although I'm a little disappointed that Loen didn't get his waffle boards out after telling me that we would need them on the washed out lane :( sigh ...one day I'll get to have a go on em

The spot on the second lane where you said you nearly had a heart attack  was the point where we'd previously needed the waffle boards, but all the water had nicely re-profiled the lane for us ;)

And I guess if we did that route in reverse, we'd have the pub with the roaring fire and a nice meal at the end of the day.... now there's a thought :D

Now that IS a grand idea , cos that pub does lovely food ;)
Although I'm not sure how easy it would be to get up heart attack lane?:D

Im a winner!

A lovely 109 petrol with overdrive and 11months MOT.

A bit green for me but sounds like a good base with solid chassis, engine and bulkhead. Pick it up tomorrow. I missed my old series 3 a lot. Thinking of an A frame on the front. Don't know what i will do with the back end as it is all windows but id love an external tool drawer like a utility landy.

Nice :)

You can buy (expensive) or make cubbys that fit into the wheel arch in front of the rear wheels

Nice one ...looks well tidy :)

Thank you, looks a bit cleaner than my last one! Pick it up today. I was going for a defender but this was going so cheap and with a really good spec. Needs some work but all the basics are good and strong.

We will have to arrange to meet up the next time I'm home. Which should be around May time :(
