First of all I have your answer but I think I should apologise for the smutty children messing up your post with pics of tits : they're a bit excitable just now with World Cup stuff.
I have had the same for yonks and eventually was replacing the front tyres. I was present while it was done. Garage guy pointed out that inner rims were needing sanded down..." it causes slow punctures y'know " he said without my having asked or told him I was getting slows.
he showed me. The kind of rust type bubbling that you get on the outside of the wheel can also occur in the inside. He just ran a sanding thingy over it...all of 30 secs....no extra charge...and had to put a bit more sealant round the rim when he fitted the new tyre. No problem since.
He said that Vauxhalls and Range Rovers are prone to it.....I didn't ask any more but I am certain that is your problem
Wife had same....she runs a Vauxhall : did same fix. No more problems.
