thers some guy who has a web site if you search for derbyshire green lanes on google he has posted a web link on this forum to it, it has a wierd name (something like 'maythegreenovalbewithyou':confused:) but he has put a route that i followed last month that starts not to far away from shefield, but if its your first time probley best to skipp the stanage ege tho.
 
just a quick update, ive now been alond the lane that goes over the moors at "fox house" and found it ok was a bit rocky in the middle but got over it easy enough so much so i went back the week after and had a go at it the other way round up hill, no probs at all and the car performed brilliantly! heres 3 picys of the morning

thanks for the tip of the site too loads of lanes to try out when i get chance and somone to go with :rolleyes:
 
I was up there sat night to watch fireworks.. its a good lane but your right it does get a little rocky in patches. good fun tho!
