Hahaha i dont even think that would cut it i have seen sieves more watertight than my truck! anyone ever heard of a defender not leaking in a slight downpour?

Mine too, I ordered some new hinges and screws and I am going to change the door seals.
But just in case that fails I contacted the pet shop and I might start keeping Terrapins in the foot wells

Ahh terrapins i wish id of thought of that before i filled the tub with koi carp
Mines got an annoying leak that wets my right foot when its raining and the tub has a leak near the back lights

That's just perfect and had to be made for my Defender. Not only does it leek like a sive in the rain it's like a waterfall when the sun comes out and the condensation gets going!

Mine doesn't leak, courtesy of new door seals, lots of silicone sealant and a tube Captain Tolley's creeping crack cure.

I am often puzzled when I see images of Defenders fitted with carpet. How do they stay dry and why don't they float away when the doors are open? That must be what "magic carpet is"
