does anyone know if a defender roof rack will fit a disco 1?

theres loads of racks on fleabay near me but not many disco ones

I've done it for a mate. fixed the rack to N/S roof gutter on the disco. Then bent the legs out on the rack to get it to fit on the other side.

They are 50mm different. Check to see if adjust for width.

Didn't want to start a fresh thread about this so posted here...

I'm looking at getting a 90 roof rack and fitting it to a disco. The one I'm looking at is the standard galvanized box section type roof rack, BUT, it has the contour for the defenders roof, and although my disco doesn't have those roof rail things, I'm not sure if it will fit. Can anybody tell me?
