am interested in how exactly you got the bulkhead straight or in the right position so the doors fit exactly? any more photos of how you did this please? thanks

Thats brilliant, I frikkin LOVE rebuilding my 90.
But I'd also like to know how you set up the B-head, my driver door is not right.
BUT I didnt use a new chassis I had a new x member fitted, I suspect that was welded 10mm to high at the back throwing the tub out slightly, thus making door not sit quite right:(

Guys,

Before I removed everything I took measurements from doorpillar to rear tub bulkhead and from the pillar beside the footwell tp tehcentre post. I had to remove my door threshholds as they were buggered. I have not tightened up mu bulkhead full so that I can adjust everything to suit the doors. I will fix rear tub down, fit side windows to allow me to fit the roof. Once that has been done I can adjust everything. THis is not an exact science but I have been informed this is a good way to do it. I will be able totell you soon as this is what stage I will be at next, so stay tuned and I will post photos.

Cheers,
