Thanks for the helpOnly way I can think of as it's hollow is clamp a solid piece of steel to it then heat it up and try and straighten it that way. You could make a jig with the correct angle off the other side lamp it to the bad side then heat it up and tap it back.

It's fair to say that you don't get exact shut lines on a Defender. Even so, if it's not close to true when you put the windscreen frame on the top will be further out. That will have knock on effects with the door, the side panels, the roof etc
