They move about more than you think they will once fitted but are built out of the sort of steel plate you might expect to find on a tank. The thing locks onto the brake pedal only.

This device has just replaced my Clutch Claw. I've been using it for a few weeks. I was a bit doubtful at first due to the amount of play when fitted, but actually - seems like an alright bit of kit in my personal opinion.

If it's easy to attach and store then you're more likely to use it.

I would seriously consider one of the fold-down pedal locks that other members have mentioned before. I think they're made by X-engineering or something.

They are brilliant, they move around sure but there is no chance of getting it off without a lot of time and noise... I always fit mine, don't feel comfortable without it fitted!

I just ordered the X-Eng version and the gear stick lock they do. Will report back when i get them fitted. :)

The x-eng pedal lock is brilliant. Really easy to lock and no hassle to store. No chance of getting whacked round the back of the head by it in a crash.

Had one a while now with no problems. Not something I carry around but have other security for that. Put on when at home and easy to use.

I have had the Safe T Pedal lock for over three years now and it's brilliant. It's made from 3mm steel plate whereas most others are 2mm. Someone else posted that it is so heavy duty that it might have come from a Tank - and they are right. Excellent quality and I use mine every day without fail. I store it on the floor behind the drivers seat. I wouldnt use anything else.
