I just take mine to kwik-fit, personally I'd rather my tratter got mot'd because it's road worthy than because someone was willing to let a few issues be allowed because it's a tratter.

They've also got a free tea and coffee vending machine while you wait:)
 
Mate of a mate says to me "take it to /&=#$@+?=&$@ cuz they are a bit lax"

Cus I really need my brakes or seatbelts to fail when I'm driving round with my kids in the back. (Sarcasm by the way)

Take it somewhere that values it's reputation, and drive safe in the knowledge that it's been checked properly.

I use Sidney jack sons on Bonnis hall lane, a chap called Pete does mine. He's good :) let me know if it's usefil and I will put you in touch with him.
