Hi all hope you all have a merry Christmas and a happy new year hopefully better than the last one anyway back to the job in hand the oil leak and blue smoke today cleaned everything off and cut the overhang on the head gasket so I could see better and ran it until normal temperature on tick over off but when I rev up blue smoke checked out were the oil was coming from ok so I thought I would do a compression test

So after that ran it again and checked for oil leak and with the sun shining on the back of the cylinder head I could see a little bubble of oil now what the best thing to do take the head off to investigate or could it be something else any ideas much appreciated thanks
