How do folks,

Is there anywhere else where the loom branches off after it enters the chassis at the front? Or does it go in at the front and out at the back without leaving the chassis anywhere else?

I'm just wondering if I have to undo anything else before pulling the loom out at the front now I have cut the rear of the chassis off.

On my 90 it went in by the gearbox and came out in front of the rear x-member.

Same with my 300tdi 90 Ive just pulled mine through, go steady and thread the connectors through into the chassis, so you dont pull them off the ends of the wires.

A 90 and a 110 loom are the same just coiled inside. It'll go in on the inner of the drivers rail behind the bulkhead coming out as said at the end of the rear drivers side rail.

I didn't put it back through on my rebuild but put it in cable protector, wrapped that in electrical tape and cable tied it to the rail. Means it is easily accessible and made a tidy job...

If you do put it back in, make sure no areas have rubbed through as could cause a short, replacing the rubber bungs so as not to get damaged on chassis where it enters/exits
