Can anyone advise me on what the internal structure should look like where the bolts for the windscreen hinges to through the bulkhead.

Mine are rusted away, I can find a few pictures on Google but can't see if it should be a box section or just angled.

Also anyone know if I can buy them fabricated?

There doesn't seem much info out there about them. Thanks!

If you are referring to the crush tube assembly, I just measured where my hinges sat, drilled the bolt holes, opened them out to 13mm and then welded shorth bits of 10 x 13 pipe in.
 
It's a box with 2 spacer tubes,I've just done mine.
I haven't found the piece made up.there is a thread about rebuilding the corners.been on recent so shouldn't be hard to find
 
Thanks for the quick reply does the thread discuss these structures? If so I must have missed the details. It looks quite involved as it appears to tapper off at the top and have thinner section at the front. I spoke with some bulkhead repair companies and I get the impression it should be strong but not pretty :)
