Hi folks doing my chassis starting this coming weekend and putting my td5 90 on a richards galv chassis, can anyone give me any pointers? I am using a 2post lift to remove body in one, what needs undoing to remove body etc?
cheers lee

Come on Ralph, do you really need to ask this, you have had most of the body off in the past on this vehicle and know where the bolts are, and when we did the bulkhead alignment we removed the wings, so you know where they are, and not to forget you have just stripped and put back together a 110 which is very similar.

But..
Rear crossmember bolts.
2 either side on the tubular outriggers.
Move in-board and another 2 to the little brackets on chassis.
2 bolts through seat box-chassis.
Bulkhead bolts.
Bulkhead-chassis bracket bolts.
2 bolts through each inner wing, and then one at the very front of the wing.

Their might be more but I can't think right now, just work front to back, or back to front, just be methodical and work through it and you'll get their, it's not difficult mate.
Disconnect electrics, clutch, brake pipes and a few other bits and bobs and the jobs a good 'en.
