Its painted black, inc 4 brackets but only 2 rubber spacers, easy to replace will need another coat of paint but nothing a couple of hours with a sander and a can of hammerite won't sort out
I bought it to put on my 90 but I'm not going to use it, I paid £120 for it and I'd like most of that back
