I've got a chance to buy a home made roof rack and roof tent quite cheap however it's 5 hours away and I don't want to go down and it not fit so I need a little help...

Would a defender 90 roof rack fit a discovery 2? Or could it be easily modified? I don't know what age the 90 is I can only give a picture to help.

The guy has just told me that he has took a measurement of his rail width and it's 1450mm between the feet. Hope this helps you guys give me an answer

I know that when someone fitted a 110 rack to their D1 it required some "adjustment" on the width.

Ok so it is possible to do but needs a little work that's fine I can deal with that!
