more likely be headgasket , does it bubble in the header tank when its warm and running ?

If you're lucky it will be the headgasket. If you're unlucky (as I was) it will be the cylinder head cracked on the inlet side. Everytime the turbo boosts up it opens the crack and overpressurises the system. I decided to get my headgasket done and It didn't show up when I had the head tested and skimmed. 6 months after having the headgasket done it started all over again. I took it back to the engineering company that had done the job and anded up having to get a new head as they had missed the 2 cracks ehen they first tested it. The second crack was in the fuel rail and was causing diesel to be pumped into my header tank.
