Hi there was wondering if anyone could help me I'm in the progress of putting a straight through exhaust system on my 90 but can't find anyone that does a tail pipe without the silencer on it. I have even ordered what I thought to be one and it doesn't fit. Could anyone tell me of anywhere to buy one?. Or plan b to find a company that sell a side exit kit that doesn't include drilling a hole into the side. I have seen some landys where it sits next to the seal/tree slider

Surely a straight through pipe should be exactly that... straight thru.. i fitted a stainless steel straight thru pipe to my 300 and it was simply a stainless pipe from exhause manifold to the rear of my motor?

That's what I thought but what I have done is brought a middle box replacement then started looking for a tailpipe that was without a silencer but I can't find one anyway. I don't know a lot about land rovers as this is my first one but I guess you learn

Could you not go to an exhaust fabricator?? They could build exactly what you want.

Someone along the lines of these: Stainless Steel Exhausts | TopGear.co.uk

Wouldn't do any harm going and having a chat with them, possibly have a nose around an exhaust they've made to see quality before committing to anything. Check for reviews online too for that specific branch

Same problem here, I thought of fitting the later tdi300 exhaust that only has a middle silencer to get rid of the rear silencer, but that isn't straight forward, as the centre box mounts don't line up.

Can't believe paddock do a sports exhaust for the disco 300tdi but not the defender!

Yeah that's what I thought and can't find them anywhere :/ looking like I'm going to have to get something made thanks guys
