melon.... i'm wanting between £5k - £6k (advise of some from the landyzone website)

offers are welcome

thanks

First of all, How fookin much:eek:

now secondly, we have a rule that 50 posts plus are required before you start trying to sell your sh1t here, so in my book this is purely :5bspam: so please spam off you spamming spam-bandit.

Discopol this isn't spam u idiot!
I have already contacted Paul (the administrater) who advised me that 10 posts are required before I can sell my car
Why would I waste my time? I haven't got nothing to do like you, so take your nasty messages elsewhere and let me get on with trying to sell my defender in an honest and open way.
I thought by coming on this website I'd get help to sell my defender not messages from jealous idiots like you
Now naff off!

I'm not usually this straight forward but I don't need people like discopol (and his nasty comments) when everyone else on here has been so helpful!

your about £3k to much on that buddy.
having a go at long standing members on here int going to do you any favours.
Peeps on here know how much landy`s are worth so wont pay over the odds. Have you tried ebay

Thanks top cat and big si, but as mentioned in my welcome posts I have been looking on auto trader and the 90s range from £3000-£7000 that is why I asked for advise ( on the welcome posts) on how much my defender is worth in the first place as prices vary so much (the price quoted is what I have been advised by a couple of senior people on this site)
As far as 'calling' people on here, I am not usually so straight forward but at the same time do not appreciate being called a spammer or liar

nope the asking prices range from 3 to 7 grand.. doesn't mean they'll get that for em.

best way to see what they go for is ebay's completed lists option.

I paid £2k for my 300tdi Preg 110. so does that mean all P reg 110's are worth £2k?? nope! You can;t base the value of your vehicle on what others have sold for. I'm afraid it's worth what you sell it for. the more you ask the harder it is to sell.

Thanks redhand
Ill b posting on a few websites this week too so wil price accordingly.
It's been really well looked after and I don't think I'd want it to go for less than 4k really, so wil c

My main purpose of posting here was to get some help and advise on what others thought its worth, so thanks

mate i spent 3 months looking for a 90 in good nick for around the 4 grand mark. I eventually found one mate and knocked some money off for various jobs that it required. so i paid 3700 for a 96 m plate wea 118 on the clock. It had a respray (not the best) and was well serviced.

The tub was in better nick than yours, but the vehicle cab was rougher. Its all swings and round abouts mate!

Just saying but i think yur a couple of hundred quid to high pall, think around the 4 grand mark and you should be ok. IN my case a couple of hundred quid put me off a fair few 90ws whilst i was looking, moneys tight everywhere !

good luck in selling it though......even though its not through choice.

Thanks for the advise bigvinnie
I have it advertised elsewhere now too so will leave for a couple of weeks and if needs be will lower price accordingly. Appreciate your advise, cheers mate. J

If you get the right prize this is the best time to sell it so u may well get £5000 or £4500

lol carmadman, the freelander has been bought and my wife's driving it around too!!

Thanks landyboy90, i think im asking the right price for it as it has been really well looked after so will see how it goes!
