Hi,

I have been offered a Defender 200tdi in good nick from a mates estate (he recently died :-( ). I assume £2600 is ok as a price. It was rebuilt with a galvanised chassis 2 years ago.

Sorry to hear your mate died Though I'm not sure if you're asking to sell it on here or confirming with the Landyzone lads if it's a good offer to grab

Nope I will keep it as it was my buddies and he tried to give it to me some months ago but I would not take it from him as I did not think that would be the right think to do.

But he dies without a will so I just might need to challenge the probate he had no will so if £2600 sounds ok then I'll get it.

But then my Disco 1 will have to go ;-(

Very reasonable price especially with the galvanised chassis,and sounds like your mate wanted it to go your way.
