Need a half tidy 4 bolt bolt steering box for a 1990 defender 200tdi.
The splines on the output shaft of mine have worn away.

Hi,
when you say 4 bolt is that in reference to the amount of bolts which hold the steering box to the chassis? If so I have one here

It refers to the number of bolts on top of the box mate. Not checked to see how many hold the box to the chassis.

Yeah, I was thinking of doing that but need the landy running and dont like spending large sums of money, so was hoping to get another box while mine is being reconditioned.

Failing that Ill just weld the drop arm to the output shaft.
