Put some M240H machine guns on the wings, then during rush hour people will get out of the way making the your Land Rover theoretically quicker without getting mucky under the engine Hope this helps

P.S if your budget stretches attach a GAU-19 Gatling gun to the roof as this help against the heavier traffic during busy cities!
