Can the pulley bracket be replaced/repaired (see photo) or do I need to get a whole new pump?

If you still have the broken bit, metal glue and shape a penny washer to suit, and glue that under bolt head
 
They aren't massively expensive, I'd replace it. God only knows how you break one in the first place.
Yes I wish I knew! Got one ready to go on Fleabay but the seller is asking which way the pulleys rotate as it's for a clockwise rotation. Surely if it's a standardised number ANR2157 itt's for that engine?
 
You could probably build weld up, drill and tap that if you really want to.

I would just replace though tbh, unless your in the middle of the desert and can’t get to a parts shop....
