whats the guy who's selling it like? Got the OK form the wife to finally replace my old truck.

You know much about it? quality of the work done, accidents etc?

Nothing that can't be sorted. I spotted on ashcrofts site they do short block r 380 gearboxes. 900 notes though.

Haha no thanks, I really miss my defender, I have been waiting a while to get another as we have moved to a mew house where it can be garaged and I know its a lot safer.

I've fitted a disco r380 to my 200tdi cost me £450 for the conversion kit, short belhousing etc

Hmmm ashcroft new short block r380 is 900 but there are cheaper suppliers.
