I just bought a Defender 2004 model. When trying the heat fan, I ran into a little problem. The fan only works on speed 2. Not on the other speed settings. Does anyone know what the sollution to this problem is?

There are a vast array of three speeds. Off, being blown at by an asthmatic and loud. All of which are located in the last inch of travel on the speed selector...
