I have a 1970 Defender 90 and am planning to restore it.
Can anyone please help me with the restoration guide? as well as where I can get its spare parts.

I would suggest you first find out what you own. 1970 is about 14 years before the land Rover 90 was produced, and about 20 before it became a Defender

It is made by dinosaurs. They were good at that...sadly the knowledge was lost only to be re-discovered in the late 19th century.
