Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a little assistance/guidance. I recently purchased a 1989 Defender in the Middle East, the chassis number indicates that the vehicle is a 1989 but the dealer registry at the Rover dealer here in the Middle East (Dubai and Bahrain) both say the vehicle is a 1990.

I've attached a couple documents and photos, again looking for a little guidance.

Wondering if anyone could put me in contact with the right person/agency that can give me a direct and accurate account of the year.
