Hi guys

I'm new to the fourm but I have owned my first land rover for about a year or so. I treated myself to a new defender and I loved it now as the time goes on I want to enjoy it even more so think its time to upgrade it a little . At the moment I have steel rims wraped in big kuhmo mud tyres, diff guards and a stearing guard . I have purchased a extreme 4x4 winch bumper and winch along with a snorkel but hats yet to go on as I have another project on the go at the moment .

I'm looking for advice on better upgrades like suspension and events in the south west so if u guys have any suggestions then let me know .

I don't know if you guys have progress blogs but once I get a few things on and some pictures I will keep you updated !

Hello mate .

Yeah sailsbury plain is on my door step and I always see convoys of offroaders cutting about .
Might just join on one day and see what happens lol
What are you driving then ?
Have you done much to it ?

Mine is just lifted and tdi engine put in.
Its a 1984 90.

There is a salisbury plain thread on here. Scratchydom goes often. Mine is more a useful tool for my woods work

I haven't really had time to look threw the treads just finding my way around the fourm!

:welcome: not sure you've made a good start though. Have another good look round the forum to get the feel of the place.

Have a search before starting a new thread, there's not much that hasn't been covered, by all means ask about somert specific, but search first, it keeps the natives happy;););););)

And whatever you do, DO NOT ask "What's the biggest tyres I can fit on XXXXXXX", trust me, just don't:eek::eek::eek:;);)
